Note: We do not have a store to view seed for sale. We bag each order and mix all seed mixes as orders are placed. At least 24 hours or more notice depending on the size of the order and seed availability is needed prior to pickup of an order before you come. If it is possible for us to get your order ready in less than that time we will tell you.

Directions from I-5

• Take the Market Street Exit in Salem
• Turn right onto Market Street
• Take Market to Lancaster Drive
• Turn left onto Lancaster and go about 2 miles or so until you come to Silverton Rd
• Turn right onto Silverton Rd and go about 12 to 15 miles
• At the only stop light in Silverton, turn left onto 'C' Street (at this intersection there is a TNT Market)
• Go straight through the first stop sign you come to (by the post office). At the second stop sign (by Washington Mutual Bank), turn left onto 1st Street
• Go about 3/4 to 1 mile (Past Roth's Grocery Store and McDonalds) to Hobart Road and turn right
• Follow this road until you come to a 'Y' in the road
• Follow the 'Y' to the right
• This road will run into Hwy 213 (Oak St)
• Turn left onto Hwy 213
• Go about 1 1/2 to 2 miles and turn right onto Valley View
• Go about 1/4 to 1/2 on Valley View and take a left onto Evans Valley LP RD
• Follow this road around and you will come to a house with cattle barns and a pasture, continue past this house and the next building you will come to is an old red brick building on your right. Right after the red brick building is the driveway to the farm office. Turn right and follow this driveway and you will be heading straight for the office. There is a house on the opposite side of the road from the cleaner with a small water falls in front by the road at this address also. You can't miss it.

Directions from Albany

• Take exit 260 off I-5 if you are traveling northbound.
• From the exit head east over the freeway cross over 99E you will be traveling on Hazelgreen Road. Go 9 miles from the freeway and take a left on to Mt. Angel Road and keep going for 1 mile.
• Take a right onto Hobart Road. Go 2.6 miles. This road will cross over Silverton-Mt Angel Highway 214. The road will then split.
• Follow the truck route signs to the right. This road will be Monitor Road. Follow this 6/10 of a mile to the stop sign.
• Take a left onto Highway 213 then go 2 miles to Valley View Road. It will be the first road to your right.
• Take a right on Valley View and go 1/4 of a mile to the first road.
• Take a left onto Evans Valley Loop. Go 1 1/2 miles down Evans Valley Loop. Follow this road around and you will come to a house with cattle barns and a pasture, continue past this house and the next building you will come to is an old red brick building on your right. Right after the red brick building is the driveway to the farm office. Turn right and follow this driveway and you will be heading straight for the office. There is a house on the opposite side of the road from the cleaner with a small water falls in front by the road at this address also. You can't miss it.

Directions from N.E. Oregon

• Take I-84 west to I-205, follow signs south, heading towards Salem.
• Take the Molalla Park Place exit in Oregon City. This puts you onto Hwy 213, stay on this road, it will take you to Silverton.
• Hwy 213 will go through Mulino, Molalla & Markum. About 4 miles from Markum take a left turn onto Valley View Rd. (the road just before Valley View Rd. is S. Abiqua Rd., start slowing down when you see S. Abiqua or you might miss Valley View.)
• Follow Valley View about 1/4 miles, take the first left onto Evans Valley Rd, (gravel). Follow Evans Valley Lp. about 1-1/2 miles. Follow this road around and you will come to a house with cattle barns and a pasture, continue past this house and the next building you will come to is an old red brick building on your right. Right after the red brick building is the driveway to the farm office. Turn right and follow this driveway and you will be heading straight for the office. Back road directions from Portland

• If you are coming from Portland down I-5, you need to take the Woodburn exit.
• At the exit, go left and cross over the freeway and follow this road to 99E.
• Take a right onto 99E and follow it to the Young Street intersection where the signs will say "Mt. Angel Silverton".
• At this intersection, take a left and follow this road through Mt. Angel.
• Go approximately 2 more miles and take a left at the yellow flashing light, this intersection is Hobart Road.
• Stay on Hobart until the road makes a "Y" and go to your right.
• The signs will say "Truck Route", this is Monitor Road.
• Follow to the stop sign and take a left on Highway 213.
• Go 1 1/2 miles to Valley View Road; take a right on Valley View.
• Go 1/4 Mile and take a left on Evans Valley Loop Rd.
• Go 1 1/2 miles to 5648 Evans Valley Loops. Evans Valley Loop is a gravel road and you follow it about 1-1/2 miles. Follow this road around and you will come to a house with yellow cattle barns and a pasture, continue past this house and the next building you will come to is an old red brick building on your right. Right after the red brick building is the driveway to the farm office. Turn right and follow this driveway and you will be heading straight for the office. There is a house on the opposite side of the road from the cleaner with a small water falls in front by the road at this address also. You can't miss it.

Alternate Directions From Salem

• If you are coming from Salem, take Silverton Road from Salem to Silverton.
• Once in Silverton, you will come to a stop sign. Turn left.
• Go through the next intersection after you pass Washington Mutual Bank, turn left.
• Go about a mile and then turn right on Hobart Road at the flashing yellow light.
• Hobart will "Y", follow the truck route signs to right.
• This will be Monitor Road. Follow Monitor to the stop sign.
• Turn left on Hwy 213. Go about 2 miles down 213 and take the first right on to Valley View Rd.
• Go about 1/2 mile, turn left on Evans Valley Loop Rd (gravel) and follow it about 1-1/2 miles until you get to the cleaning plant. Follow this road around and you will come to a house with yellow cattle barns and a pasture, continue past this house and the next building you will come to is an old red brick building on your right. Right after the red brick building is the driveway to the farm office. Turn right and follow this driveway and you will be heading straight for the office. There is a house on the opposite side of the road from the cleaner with a small water falls in front by the road at this address also. You can't miss it.

• Take 99E to Hazelgreen Rd.
• Follow Hazelgreen to Bethany. (There is a school and market there.)
• At the three way stop turn left on to Old Mt. Angel Hwy.
• Follow to Hobart road and turn right on Hobart.
• Stay on Hobart, cross over Hwy 214.
• Hobart will then "Y", follow the truck route signs to the right. This will be Monitor Rd.
• Follow Monitor Rd to the stop sign.
• Turn left on Hwy 213. Go about 2 miles down 213
• Take the first right on to Valley View Rd.
• Go about 1/4 mile, turn left on Evans Valley Loop Rd and follow it to the cleaner about 1-1/2 miles. Follow this road around and you will come to a house with yellow cattle barns and a pasture, continue past this house and the next building you will come to is an old red brick building on your right.
