Yard Master Mix:
Yard Master Mix has been our No. 1 choice in the northwest for a typical residential lawn. Providing a fine to medium texture, dense, dark foliage colored lawn with excellent wear ability with a dense dark green foliage. Giving this mix a very elegant look that has wear ability and tolerates shade but will take full sun. Yardmaster works well in north to southern zones where there is limited extreme temperatures.
Yard Master Shade Mix give you the same qualities as Yard Master but with more shade tolerance of the same quality texture.

Cascade Quick Green:
Cascade Quick Green is a fine blend of perennial ryegrass seed that will make an excellent dark green lush lawn. This blend is one of the quickest for getting color started in a new lawn.
Cascade Quick Green works well in lower traffic areas and makes an excellent over seeder throughout most of the US.

Cascade Freeway Blend:
Cascade Freeway Blend is a blend of turf type tall fescues seed. It works well in high traffic areas and is more deeply rooted for drought tolerance. When seeded at the proper rates and has the correct nutrient levels will provide a dark green slightly coarser bladed turf that has extreme durability

Cascade Extreme Mix:
Cascade Extreme Mix does an excellent job of holding up to its name by mixing the top three superior cool-season species of turf grasses. Its superior texture appearance, cold tolerance, shade tolerance and wear ability make this mix number 1 choice in the northern and central zones.
Ingredients: Kentucky Bluegrass, fine Fescue and Perennial Ryegrass

Rising Sun Mix:
Rising Sun Mix works well for a turf with durability, drought tolerance, wear tolerance and shade tolerance in warmer climates. This combination of turf grasses gives more traffic tolerance than the other mixes but can still remain attractive and nicely textured.
Works well in more southern climates thru northern zones for cool-season turf
Ingredients: Tall Fescue, Perennial Ryegrass and Fine Fescue
Northern Exposure Shade Mix:
Northern Exposure Shade Mix combines two cool-season grasses that perform well in cooler climates in North to Central areas. Tolerating more shade with finer texture and rhizomatus root system, which helps self-repair damaged areas over time. Making this mix a must in more shaded areas.
